Bring your completed online registration form and stop by the registration
table to sign in. If you do not have the registration form, one will be provided at the
registration table. Once signed in, you will be given an identification card with your ID
number on it. This card is your proof of ownership, so keep it with you at all times. At
this time your car will be inspected by a race official. If your car does not pass
inspection, you will be directed to the “Fix-it” table to make the necessary adjustments.

When your car passes inspection, feel free to relax and watch the races until you hear
the M.C. call your number. Bring your car and ID card to the “Pre-Race” table. A race
official will collect your car and take it to the starting line.

Listen for the M.C.’s announcement for your ID number and the lane your car is in.
There are two heats per car. Each heat may include other age groups; however, times
will be recorded and compared ONLY against the entrant's own age group (Advanced
competitors will race ONLY with other Advanced competitors). For fairness, cars will
alternate lanes for each heat.

Once your second heat has been completed, you may pick up your car at the finish line.

If you want to enter your car into the Design Competition, you must bring your car and
your ID card to the judging table. You may do this immediately following your last heat
or keep your car with you and bring it back to the judging table no later than 4:00pm.
Judging will begin at 4:30pm. Competitors will be asked to pick their cars up before the
Award Ceremony at 5:30pm, at which time the winners will be announced.
