CHILDREN’S COMPETITION

All children 12 and under are welcome to participate in this competition. Standard
derby cars and rules apply (see rules page). There will be two age categories:
Sparks (8 & under), Fusion Flyers (9 - 12).
Each age group will compete in Speed and Design categories.

The DSC is offering workshops (kit included) in the weeks preceding this event for
any child needing assistance with their derby car. Please call for information, 313-577-8400 ext. 447

ADVANCED COMPETITION

The DSC created Future Cruisin’ 2010 to acknowledge and award advanced
technology in automobiles. We want to broaden our acknowledgement of auto
engineering with the invitation of a lifetime to individuals 13 and over. Show off
your incredible engineering and design skills by entering your own unique
pinewood derby car and leave your competition in the dust (see rules page).
