Motor Sport Hall Of Fame

Hall of Fame Museum

Motor racing is one of the most colorful and creative forms of technological innovation.
Because of its broad spectrum of categories, the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America
reflects every facet of American motorsports.  The MSHFA is unique among racing
museums because it is the only institution that gives equal representation to all types
of automobile competition, plus air, power boat and motorcycle racing.  It is a leading
institution for the preservation of the United States' motorsports heritage.  The Museum
showcases a variety of vehicles including cars, boats, motorcycles and aircraft.  The
centerpiece of the Museum is the National Motorsports Hall of Fame honoring 187 icons
of American motorsports.  Every inductee to the Hall of Fame is recognized with a bronze
plaque bearing his or her sculpture accompanied by action photos and each of their
inspiring stories.  Other features include exciting racing videos, race used driver helmets
and uniforms, and a world class collection of memorabilia.
